About

Fior d'Arancio is a DOCG from Colli Euganei (Euganean Hills), near Padova in Veneto region.

The name means orange blossom because the grape's flavor reminds of the citrus-scented flower of an orange.

The grape is a special clone of Muscat called Moscato Giallo (yellow) that has a unique expression in the volcanic soils of Colli Euganei.

45 million years ago Abano Terme area was covered by the sea and the volcanic activity pushed the soil up forming "Colli Euganei" hills.

Today the terroir is rich of fossils and volcanic minerals.

Passito means that the grapes were dried. Uva passita means raisins.

The sugar concentration is superior and the long lasting perfume in your mouth will stay with you in your gustatory memory forever.
