Fer Servadou (aka Pinenc, Mansois and several other synonyms) is a red wine grape that is grown primarily in South West France.
It is most notable for its role in the AOC wines of Gaillac, Marcillac and Béarn.
Fer is characterized by flavors of red fruit and currants.
