Compared to other botrytized wines like Sauternes and Tokaji with 100-200 grams of sugar, Cannellino di Frascati is not so sweet.
Cannelino pairs perfectly with every dessert, and particularly with Frascati’s traditional "Ciambelle" wine cookies.

A Small Tulip Shaped glass helps concentrate the aromatic intensity, enhancing the beautiful flavors wines are known for. A small glass is appropriate, because this type of wine is served in smaller portions due to its sweetness and richness. The narrow rim helps capture the aromas, allowing the wine's sweet, aromatic profile to shine. |
Cannelino pairs very well with rich blue cheeses, but can also be enjoyed with aged and matured cheeses.
The flavours of a salty cheese and a sweet Cannelino are both strong enough to stand up to each other.
Lazio has a diverse landscape that includes coastal plains, hills, and mountains.
The region has a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters.
The proximity to the Tyrrhenian Sea also influences the climate with cooling maritime breezes.
