About Zalema

Zalema is a Spanish white wine grape exclusive to the DO Condado de Huelva.

Primarily, the grape is used to produce dry white wines, but also fortified and sparkling wines.

Zalema produces a dry, fruity, and fresh wine with a color between straw yellow and greenish yellow. On the palate the wine is very flavorful, with floral and apple peel notes.

The plants are hardy and very productive.
