Crab Rangoon is a fusion, Chinese-American dish.

It is a deep fried dumpling filled with cream cheese and crab meat or imitation crab, onion and garlic.

Since Crab Rangoon is served as an appetizer and it is deep fried we suggest Bubbles!

Sometimes this dish tends to be sweet, so go for an Extra Dry or Dry Champagne.

Extra Dry or Dry are classifications and they mean just a higher sugar level than the classic Brut.
