Description

Sesame Chicken is kind of sweet due to the use of brown sugar, honey or sweet chili sauce in the recipe.

A slightly chilled glass of Lambrusco is the perfect wine match.

Lambrusco is a sparkling red wine from Emilia Romagna that can have enough residual sugar to match the sweetness, and enough acidity to cut the fatty oil used to prepare the Sesame Chicken.

Gamay, with its combination of light body, high acidity and fruit explosion works well too.

Bubbles are always a great choice, especially if the Sesame Chicken is crispy fried.
