Rioja Rosado has a well-balanced acidity, making it very versatile for food pairing.
It loves Tapas, Grilled Vegetables, Charcuterie, Mediterranean Seafood, BBQ and all types of Spicy Food.

The most common grapes used in Spanish Rosé is Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Bobal.
Garnacha Rosés are common in Rioja and Navarra. Tempranillo Rosés are common in both Rioja and Ribera del Duero.
Tempranillo based Rosés are often blended with Garnacha and Viura. Viura is a white grape that contributes acidity.
Bobal Rosés are common in Valencia.
